STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement between Grand Canyon University (GCU), and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to allow students to participate in public health learning experiences at MCDPH. This Agreement is non-financial, and the term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2036. The agreement allows students from GCU to complete educational rotations and sustain a working partnership with MCDPH. The students will choose from educational rotations from available programs such as Epidemiology, as well as other programs that may be developed or offered to address public health needs and evolving organizational priorities.
