CERTIFICATION BY THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (OR SENIOR OFFICIAL) OF THE APPLICANT GOVERNMENT FOR GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE Approve the Certification by the Chief Executive Officer (or senior official) of the Applicant Government for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Grants Management (OGM) to be able to apply for The U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Grant Application for a Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use, Site-Based Program.
