52. ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION RIGHT OF ENTRY Approve and execute the Right of Entry agreement with the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) for use of real property to the County to maintain and operate a communications facility at 26700 S. Highway 85, Buckeye, AZ. The term of the Right of Entry will be ten (10) years. The Right of Entry fee is nominal at $1.00 per year. The County will use this radio facility for public safety communication and other County related communications. This action occurs in Supervisory District 5. (C-94-14-015-3-02)
