31. MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL OF MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBERS Approval of the following actions regarding the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) as set forth below: 1. Re-appointment of Bonnie Schirato, Vice President of People & Culture with Tivity Health within the Business position of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. 2. Re-appointment of Loren Granger, Human Resources Senior Recruiter with Wells Fargo within the Business position of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. 3. Re-appointment of Marcia Veidmark, President with SSC Underground within the Business position of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. 4. Re-appointment of Gregg Ghelfi, Business Development Officer with Maricopa County Industrial Development Authority within the Economic and Community Development position of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) shall have final authority. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves the appointments, reappointments and accepts the resignations of MCWDB members. Supervisory District: All Districts (C-95-23-050-X-00)
