29. APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS OF MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBERS 1.Approve the reappointment nomination of Leah Hill (Manager, Workforce Learning and Education Integration, Mayo Clinic) in the Healthcare category of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board. The term of service will be effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027. 2. Approve the reappointment nomination of Matthew Clark (State and Local Government Affairs Manager, Verizon) in the Technology category of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board. The term of service will be effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027. 3. Approve the appointment nomination of JakinDee Kosaka (Maricopa County Adult Education Workforce Development Instructor and Trainer) in the Adult Education and Literacy - WIOA Title II category of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board The term of service will be effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027. The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128.
