Legal Advertisement – CI Contract for CDC Foundation
The Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) intends to award a Competition 
Impracticable (CI) contract to the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and 
Prevention to fund multiple positions through 6/30/2024. The anticipated amount to be spent is 
$188,756.  The purpose of this contract is to fill critical positions that we have been unable to utilizing 
our normal hiring practices.  
The County is not aware of any other agency that currently has the capacity to supply MCDPH with these 
required positions. Other vendors have until 2:00pm on May 30, 2023 to contact Cheryl Bucalo,
