Mail Ballot Election
Dear Ms. Garza,
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-558(A), an irrigation district may conduct its board of directors
elections by mail ballot if the governing board of the district obtains approval from the
board of supervisors of the county in which the district is located, prior to publishing the
call of election. Del Monte Estates IWDD hereby requests permission from the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors to conduct mail ballot elections for the 2023 Del Monte
Estates IWDD election of directors as well as all subsequent elections until further
notice from the Del Monte Estates IWDD.
