Re: Request to Abandon Easement (PAB 0216)

Hello,

| am writing in response to a letter | received on March 2, 2023 (see attached). | am an abutting
property owner and according to the Maricopa County Ordinance P-34 | was notified of said
application. | am declaring this my formal notice that | am objecting to the application to
abandon the easement requested by Parcel number 201-21-014A. This is malicious intent for
the property owner of PIN #201-21-014A to encroach on my property to push the federal road,
known as 112" Ave away from his/her property and onto mine.
