Contract No. 2020-087-COS-E1 Lease No. P50303 Maricopa County Head Start Renewal C-22-20-048-3-01 Page 1 of 2 20027739v3 RENEWAL OF REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT This renewal of the Maricopa County Revocable License Agreement as amended (Renewal) is made and entered into by and between the City of Scottsdale, an Arizona municipal corporation (City), and Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (Licensee), collectively referenced as the Parties. A. The City and Licensee are parties to Contract No. 2020-087-COS a Revocable License Agreement (Original Agreement) for use of the Paiute Neighborhood Center, located at 6535 East Osborn Road, Scottsdale, to provide human services to Scottsdale residents. B. The City Contract Administrator and the Licensees Contract Administrator (each as defined in Section 11.0 of the Agreement as revised herein) have mutually determined that the Agreement’s term which would otherwise expire on June 30, 2023, should be extended an additional one-year period as provided for in the Original Agreement in Section 3.0. The Licensee’s current Contract Administrator, Reid Spaulding and Michelle Colby, shall be removed and the Assistant County Manager for Maricopa County and/or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County may administer this Agreement. C. The term of the Agreement, therefore, is extended an additional one-year period to continue until June 30, 2024, unless terminated as otherwise provided in the Agreement. Upon this Renewal, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Renewal is subject to the provisions of A.R.S. §38-511.
