Maricopa County by and through its Air Quality Department (“County”) and the Sysco Corporation
(“SYSCO”) entered into an Agreement to extend the original grant period for an additional six months.
Effective upon signature, the Agreement referenced above is hereby amended as follows:
Pursuant to the Agreement Terms, amend the following:
9., MOU Term: The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end no later
than March 31, 2023.

The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the
original Agreement as amended and approved remain in full force and effect and as agreed to by the Parties.
The Amendment shall be effective upon approval and signature by the Parties.
