My husband and | have lived in the Rancho Ventura neighborhood since 1987. During this time
we have dealt with numerous irrigation repairs on our street and took on the responsibility of
getting the repairs done and trying to collect the money for the repairs from all of our neighbors.
We are very much for an irrigation Water Detivery District!
