EXHIBIT “A” OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. A700 A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for Northern Ave - 99th Ave to 87th Ave, Project Number TT0372, on file with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying in Sections 3,4 and 5, Township 2 North, Range 1 East and in Sections 32,33 and 34 Township 3 North, Range 1 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. EXCEPT that 130 foot wide portion declared in Road File N0. 1122 and shown in Book 11 of Road Maps, Page 78 and also Road File No. 2193-R, shown in Road Map 21-31 and also Road File No. 4065, shown in Road Map 355-18. The center line of said alignment is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northern Avenue section line 228 feet west of the Northern Avenue and 99th Avenue intersection; thence easterly, along said section line to the Northern Avenue and 87th Avenue intersection. Said road is known as Northern Avenue from 99th Avenue to 87th Avenue. General Vicinity: Northern Ave and 99th Ave in Supervisor District 4 and in an unincorporated area.
