A701 A roadway alignment, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as described in instrument No. 2004-1155639, 1982-0389315, 1983-0091135, 1984-0171029, 1985-0156720 and 1996-0208450; Said alignment lies in Section 30, Township 2 South, Range 5 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and is more particularly described as follows: The West 55.00 feet of Section 30, T2S, R5E, EXCEPT that portion lying South of a line 55 feet north of the centerline of Riggs Road. Together with a triangular parcel beginning at the intersection of a line 55 feet east of the West section line and a line 55 feet north of the centerline of Riggs RD; Thence northerly along said east line a distance of 30.00 feet; Thence southeasterly to a point on said north line; Thence Westerly along said north line a distance of 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning General Vicinity: Old Price Road and Riggs Road to Bartlett Way Alignment in Supervisor District 5 and in an unincorporated area.
