Dear Mr. Erives,
Please find enclosed the Street Light Improvement District Petition for Granite Vista
Phase 1D. This parcel contains 94 individual lots. At the time of this request, Elliott
Homes maintains ownership of 40 of the lots. We have included these in the developer
portion of the petition. Although we were not able to reach all of the individual owners
within 1D to present the petition, we have gathered an additional 10 acknowledgements
and have included those as well.
At this time, the signature total exceeds 53% of ownership and we respectfully ask that
our request for the SLID be completed by the County. Please let me know if you need
anything else from us regarding this request. As you complete the process, please keep
us apprised of your progress to approve and record the Improvement District.
