Scope of Work: Business Association Assistance Program
Program Title
The program shall be referred to as the Maricopa County Business Association Assistance Program.
Background and Purpose
The purpose of the Maricopa County Business Association Assistance Program is to stabilize non-profit (501(c)6)
organizations that support local businesses in Maricopa County. Small businesses have been disproportionately
negatively impacted throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. While direct aid to these small businesses provides much-
needed immediate relief, a robust business association network strengthens the small business community. Business
associations support and promote small businesses through marketing, networking, and professional development.
