AMENDMENT TO STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY, by and through its DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
AND
THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND, acting for and on behalf of its
MASTERS IN PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM
I. The above named agreement is hereby amended as specified below.
A. The term of this Agreement is to be extended from July 1, 2021 and is valid
through June 30, 2026.
II. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
