This Amendment No. 1 revises the Agreement dated April 11, 2017 between MARICOPA COUNTY ANIMAL
CARE AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT ("County"), a public entity, located at 2500 South 27 th Avenue,
Phoenix, AZ 85009, and MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR MESA
COMMUNITY COLLEGE ("Contractor"), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, for the provision of
animals to the Contractor for medically necessary procedures or specific veterinary services that coincide with
educational modules taught by the Contractor, within the State of Arizona ("Agreement").
This Amendment is effective on the date by which authorized representatives of both parties have signed it.
The parties agree as follows:
To renew the agreement for one year, beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020.
Except as provided in this Amendment, all other provisions of the Agreement remain the same.
