The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below: A. The budget period begins October 1, 2019 and ends September 30, 2020. B. Increase Contract amount by $499,231 to an aggregate not-to-exceed (NTE) amount from $970,731.43 to $1,469,962.40. Refer to Attachment A. II. Funding is contingent upon “Availability of Funds’ per Section 1, 10 of Contract for Services dated 12/21/2017 as C-86-18-048-3-00. III. All other terms and conditions of the original Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
