The Right of Way between the State of Arizona, Grantor, and
MARICOPA COUNTY
Grantee, by mutual consent, has been amended as follows:
As requested, 0.786 acres described as M&B THRU SENE; NENESE in Section 13,
Township 4 North, Range 1 West; 0.694 acres described as M&B THRU SESWSE in
Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 4 East; and 0.321 acres described as M&B THRU
N2NENWNE in Section 19, Township 4 North, Range 1 East has been added.
Total acreage is amended from 49.910 to 51.711 acres, see Exhibit Z attached hereto
and made a part of this amendment.
This Right of Way Amendment, when executed by the State Land Commissioner (Grantor)
and the above-mentioned Grantee and is affixed to the original Right of Way, shall be in full
force and effect. All other terms and conditions of the Right of Way apply and shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this Right of Way effective the day
and year set forth previously herein.
