SUBJECT: Treasurer's Collections and Investment Summary for September 2019
Secured preperty tax collections during the month of September equaled $261,040,403 and
increased the 2019 year to date collections to $283,233,363 or 4% of the adjusted 2019 levy of
$5,267,420,502. The chart below reflects the 2019 collected and uncollected levy amount and
corresponding percentages for the 2019 property tax year.

The County’s General Fund Balance totaled $50,824,289.72 effective September 30, 2019.
Warrants outstanding of $3,117,274.13 will post against the fund balances when presented.

The $2,890,673 unencumbered balance, of the County Municipal Line of Credit and the
$12,937,811 Workers Compensation Liability Letter of Credit remain unused.
