TO THE
FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OF
GAZELLE UNIVERSITY
Gazelle University, an Arizona nonprofit corporation ("Corporation"), hereby adopts the
following Articles of Amendment in accordance with Section 10-11002 of the General
Corporation Law of the State of Arizona:
FIRST. The name of the Corporation is Gazelle University.
SECOND. The ACC File No. Is 19665600.
THIRD. Article I of the First Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of
the Corporation (the "Articles") is hereby amended in its entirety to read
as follows:
ARTICLE I
NAME
The name of the corporation is GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY
(the "Corporation")."
FOURTH. The delayed effective date of this Amendment is July 1,2018.
FIFTH. The date on which this Amendment to the Articles of the Corporation was
adopted is June 28,2018.
SIXTH. This Amendment to the Articles of the Corporation was adopted at a duly
called and constituted meeting of the members of the Board of Trustees of
the Corporation on June 28, 2018.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned officer of the Corporation has executed these
Articles of Amendment this 28'h day of June, 2018.
