As you are aware, due to technical difficulties with the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) system, the award notification from APP has been delayed. Until the problem is resolved, Procurement is unable to provide the new Contract number. As the Program Director, I can not send out the award amount letter until a contact number is generated. You can anticipate an award of $564,370, however do to the delay in the RFP process, we extended last year's contract to include the month of July, using $48,000 of the anticipated amount. The new contact will include an eleven month purchase order (8/1/19-6/30/20) not to exceed $590,000. I will get you the official award letter and a PO as soon as possible. In the mean time please make sure ADHS procurement has an updated COI.
