We are pleased to announce that the premises you lease at 3800, 3838 & 4000 North
Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, has been purchased by IP BPG City Square LLC (to be
100% owned by IP BPG City Square LLC a joint venture between Barker Pacific Group,
Inc. and Iron Point Partners as of March 8, 2019. Barker Pacific Group, Inc. will be the
managing partner of the ownership group and the property manager of the building after a
short transition period.
We look forward to meeting all of you soon and are excited to have this opportunity to
make City Square a great place to work. Please bear with us during the next few weeks as
we transition management of the property from CBRE Asset Services to Barker Pacific
Group, Inc.
