I. The above named agreement is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Coversheet, 3. Agreement Amount is increased by $35,000.00, for an aggregate
total not-to-exceed amount of 105,000.00, for the budget period February 1, 2019
through January 31, 2020.
B. Coversheet, 6. Expiration Date is extended to January 31, 2020.
C. Exhibit A is replaced with an up-dated attached Exhibit A.
II. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement and its amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.

EXHIBIT A: MONTHLY EXPENDITURE AMOUNTS
Monthly not-to-exceed amounts are calculated based on expected efforts levels during the
academic year (August through May) versus other months (May, June, July). Monthly not-to-
exceed amounts for the agreement are as follows:
I. Monthly not-to-exceed amount is $1,505 for February 2019 through April 2019.
II. Monthly not-to-exceed amount is $7,150 for May through July 2019.
III. Monthly not-to-exceed amount is $1,505 for August 2019 through January 2020.
The Agreement amount for each year of the subsequent years of the term will be negotiated
based on the availability of funds.
