I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Page 1, 3. Increase the Contract amount to an aggregate not-to-exceed (NTE)
amount of $707,802.43 (increased by $236,302 for the budget term of October 1,
2018 through September 30, 2019).
II. All other terms and conditions of the original Contract and its amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.
