MD612E Phoenix, AZ 85007 Re: Letter of Intent to purchase APN 139-49-001M and 139-49-001Y (Facility Site 1-50) Dear Mr. Craig: This letter is to document Maricopa County’s intent to purchase APN 139-49-001M and 139-49- 001Y (Facility Site 1-50) from the State of Arizona. The county intends to purchase the property for the price of One Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred dollars ($1,314,900.00) and agrees to close escrow on the purchase within sixty (60) days from execution of a mutually acceptable Purchase Agreement. Maricopa County also agrees to: (1) pay one-half (1/2) of the escrow fees and closing costs associated with the purchase; and (2) accept an assignment of lease for the Arizona Department of Revenue’s (ADOR) continued occupancy of a portion of the building located on APN 139-49-001M. Maricopa County has no objection to ADOR continuing to occupy the aforementioned building through the end of January 2019.
