P-50230 C-18-13-029-3-02 Arizona Bill of Sale of Personal Property KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, (“SELLER”), for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), lawful money of the United States, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and by these presents does grant and convey unto Jack D. Church, Inc., dba Bartlett Lake Marina, (“PURCHASER”), with an address at P.O. Box 3817, Carefree, Arizona 85377, free from all liens and encumbrances, that certain portion of floating dock (“SURPLUS DOCK”) constructed of wood and steel that measures one hundred feet (100’) by eight feet (8’), currently located at Bartlett Lake Marina, Bartlett Lake, Arizona in the general location depicted on Exhibit “A’, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Surplus Dock will be conveyed to the PURCHASER by SELLER in a strict “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition. SELLER has made no representations or warranties regarding the condition of the Surplus Dock other than as set forth in this document and PURCHASER does not and may not reply upon any representation or warranty that is not set forth in writing in this Agreement.
