BWCDD has contracted DBA Construction, Inc. and Desert Pool Services (Shotcrete contractor), to complete these
items as listed. Contractors will furnish all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise noted) for the
completion of the project. BWCDD will be handling construction management and oversite for scope of the project
that pertains to the 100% sealed plans and this Cost Estimate.

MCDOT Responsibilities:
1. Payment to BWCDD shall be made in full within 10 days of execution of agreement by MCDOT’s Board of
Supervisors or no later than 60 days prior to commencement of project. Project commencement date is
November 2, 2018.
2. QA & QC for the duration of this project (survey and testing)
3. Issue NESHAP, Construction, Right of Way permits and 404 Permits (if applicable) at no cost to BWCDD or its
contractors.
Assumptions
Our proposal is based on assuming that the following conditions exist at the project site:
1. No utility conflicts.
Clarifications
Our cost estimates includes:
1. Pricing based on the mobilizations shown.
2. Pricing includes taxes and bond.
3. VMBs are included for 7 days prior to each dry up and include 2 message boards.
4. Off duty officers are included.
5. Night shifts are included along with light plants.
6. Contingency Funds. These funds will be paid back to MCDOT upon completion of Project barring any
additional work, utility conflicts or force majeure not included in this cost estimate.
Exclusions
Our proposal excludes the following items and were not considered during the preparation of this cost
estimate:
1. NESHAP, Construction, right of way and 404 permits,
2. The adjustment and relocation of conflicting utilities,
3. Survey,
4. And testing.
