A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORMATION OF THE
EAST COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE IRRIGATION WATER
DELIVERY DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
SECTION 1. The formation of an irrigation water delivery district as
provided by Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chap. 20, and use of the City's rights-of-
way for irrigation water delivery, is hereby recommended for approval for the area
known as East Country Club Drive Irrigation Water Delivery District bounded by 8th
Street to Manor Drive and Thomas Road to Osborn Road.
SECTION 2. The East Country Club Drive Irrigation Water Delivery
District's use of the City's rights-of-way is limited to the location and size of the existing
irrigation delivery system.
