Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ, 85003, with the following members present: Steve Chucri, Chairman, District 2; Bill Gates, Vice Chairman, District 3; Denny Barney, District 1; Clint Hickman, District 4 (entered late); and Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; Joy Rich, County Manager; and Talia Offord, Legal Counsel. Minutes compiled by Maria Ceaglske, Minutes Coordinator. ACTION 1. LEGAL ACTION RELATED TO AN ILLEGAL OPERATION Authorize the County Attorney to take appropriate legal action to cease the illegal operation of a business on property located at 13827 E. Ray Rd. in the Gilbert area, APN 304-43- 112A (District 1), which property is zoned Rural 43. This item was heard in executive session on March 5, 2018. (C-06-18-363-M-00) Motion to approve by Supervisor Gates, seconded by Supervisor Barney Ayes: Chucri, Gates, Barney, Gallardo Absent: Hickman 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Special Executive Agenda dated March 29, 2018, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item.
