I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Contract amount is changed to an aggregate, not-to-exceed amount from
$7,003,912 to 9,003,912 (increased by $2,000,000 for the budget period March
1, 2016 through February 28, 2019);
II. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and its amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.
