STATEMENT OF RESULTS OF ELECTION OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
NEW MAGMA IRRIGATION & DRAINAGE DISTRICT
HELD ON NOVEMBER 14, 2017 IN
PINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA
The Board of Directors of New Magma Irrigation & Drainage District do hereby
make the following Statement of Results of the Election of the Board of Directors held on
November 14, 2017, in said District. This Statement is based upon the official canvass of the
returns of said election by the Board of Directors of said District.
1. A Copy of the Notice of Election is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. The judges at said election were:
Pamela Johnston, Inspector
Jean Keaster, Judge
William Van Allen, Judge
There were ballots mailed and 35— ballots returned. were returned as
invalid address and were rejected.
The names of the offices of the persons voted for at said Election of Board of Directors
are as follows:
