AFFIDAVIT CANVASS
Election Results — Robin Maddux - Pursuant to Title 48 Article 4 Sec 48-3022. Statement of
result of election - A call to election was published in the local paper, The West Valley View
on 7/26, 8/16, 9/13 and 10/15. A notice was posted outside the election site of 10219 W.
Southern Ave for 2 weeks prior to election held on Tuesday November 14, 2017. The judges
for the election were Denise Ortiz, and Kathy Hauser. Alternate Anna Reitz was unable to
attend, so Linda Reitz became the alternate. The total number of voters was 9 representing
312 acres. All votes were in favor of electing Robin Maddux, current president of the Board
of Directors for the St. John Irrigation District. No votes were against, there by re-electing
Robin Maddux for a three year term as Irrigation District Board President.
A bond has been executed for Robin Maddux.
