To further process your resolutions for the 2018 tax year, you must provide this office and the Maricopa County Assessor’s office with the following information by December 20, 2017: 1. An official resolution or ordinance dated and signed by the governing board which clearly denotes the change in District boundaries. 2. A map which accurately and legibly delineates the boundary lines of the annexation area or areas. 3.
