BOARD REQUIRED INFORMATION: (Include background, impact, long-term commitment) Roadway is redundant to the re-alignment of Broadway Road. General Vicinity of Broadway Road and 51st Avenue and known as Assessor parcel 104-63-004V ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: (Include background, impact, long-term commitment) It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to abandon a portion of Broadway Road, Road File No. AB-306. Legal description of the roadway to be extinguished, identified as Exhibit "A", is attached.
