Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with the following members present: Denny Barney, Chairman, District 1 (via phone); Steve Chucri, Vice Chairman, District 2 (via phone); Bill Gates, District 3 (via phone); Clint Hickman, District 4 (via phone); Steve Gallardo, District 5. CLERK OF THE BOARD 1. SPECIAL EVENT LICENSE FOR RISEN SAVIOR LUTHRAN CHURCH Pursuant to A.R.S. § 4-203.02, approve a Special Event Liquor License Application filed by Ronald D. Burcham for Risen Savior Lutheran Church at 23914 South Alma School Road, Chandler, Arizona 85248 to be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. (Supervisorial District 1) (C-06-18-185-L-00) Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board, stated the Special Event is scheduled for Saturday, November 4, 2017. Due to a processing hold-up at the state this paperwork arrived too late for the last scheduled Board meeting. She thanked the Board of Supervisor members for their willingness to schedule this special meeting to recommend approval of this license.
