Attachment A: 6.27.3 Citation: DESERT MISSION, Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance (CFDA) # 10.561
In accordance to the Federal Office Management and Budget, Title 2, Subtitle A, Chapter
II, PART 200—UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS, COST PRINCIPLES, AND
AUDIT REQUIREMENTS FOR FEDERAL AWARDS contained in Title 2 C.F.R. § 200; in
Subpart C § 200.202: Requirement to provide public notice of Federal financial assistance
programs; all sub recipients of federal funds will be Informed of the CFDA, title and number,
award name and number, and the name of federal agency.
Thereby monies supporting this contract are funded through Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance (CFDA) # 10.561. These monies are a pass-through Federal grant, United States
Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) provided to Maricopa
County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) by Arizona Department of Health Services,
Arizona Nutrition Network (AzNN), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – Education
(SNAP-Ed) (ADHS16-106547). All Federal grant regulations for this CFDA number apply to
the administration of these funds.
