AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY
BETWEEN
MARISOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, LICENSEE
AND
MARICOPA COUNTY, LICENSOR
RECITALS
A. Licensee and Licensor are parties to that certain License Agreement No. P50160
dated April 13, 2011 ("License") for placement of automatic teller machines
(ATMs) at various locations within Maricopa County owned and/or controlled by
Licensor.
B. The term of the License continues through June 30, 2016, or until terminated by
either of the Parties.
C. Licensee and Lessor now mutually desire to amend the License to add an
additional ATM location to Exhibit "A" of the License.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable
considerations, the receipt and adequacy of which are mutually acknowledged,
Licensee and Licensor agree to amend License No. P50160 as follows:
1. Exhibit "A" of the License is modified to include a mutually agreeable ATM
location in the Maricopa County Administration Building located at 301 W.
Jefferson in Phoenix, Arizona.
4. The effective date of this Amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors.
5. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All
other terms and conditions of the original License shall remain the same and in
full force and effect.
