To whom this may concern:
Pursuant to Article 1 of the subject License Agreement by and between Arizona
Water Company and Maricopa County; this letter serves as 90-day written
notification to Arizona Water Company that earlier today, the Maricopa County
Board of Supervisors approved Agenda Item C-18-04-045-M-02 authorizing early
termination of the subject License on August 31, 2017. The County will contact the
Licensee prior to August 31 to schedule a walk-through of the licensed premises.
