Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with the following members present: Denny Barney, Chairman, District 1; Steve Chucri, Vice Chairman, District 2; Bill Gates, District 3; Clint Hickman, District 4; Steve Gallardo, District 5 (via phone). Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; Joy Rich, County Manager; and Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel. Minutes complied by Maria Ceaglske, Minutes Coordinator. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider items on the Executive Agenda dated April 10, 2017, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to statutory authority listed for each item. Motion to approve by Supervisor Chucri, seconded by Supervisor Hickman Ayes: Barney, Chucri, Gates, Hickman, Gallardo ~ Supervisor Gallardo entered during Executive Session ~ RECONVENE After discussion on the Executive Session items, Chairman Barney reconvened Open Session. OPEN SESSION Board of Supervisors 1. POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE SELECTION, APPOINTMENT AND SALARY OF AN INTERIM COUNTY AUDITOR Appoint and establish the salary for an Interim County Auditor. This matter was heard in executive session on April 10, 2017.
