I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Section 1.1, Contract term, shall be extended to August 12, 2018.
B. Section 6.23 (Verification Regarding Compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes;
Business Relations with Sudan and Iran) shall be deleted in its entirety.
C. Exhibit A shall be deleted and replaced with the revised Pricing Sheet on Page 2
of this amendment.
II. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
