In order to fully reimburse the County for the COOP software renewal we need to extend the period of performance from 10/1/16-12/1/17. With Grant funded projects we are not allowed to go out to bid or solitct vendors until the Board of Supervisors approves and accepts the grant, so we will need to extend the grant effective dates in order to match the service agreeement. 2. Objective 1: Date: Receive aware notification letter from State October 1 — December 31: All cities and towns have an Homeland process acceptance through County EOP created in BoldPlanning for their jurisdiction. Fifteen Board of Supervisors. Provide seamless help desk (15) new municipal and County COOP Plans started in service support. Onboard three (3) new Emergency BoldPlanning since October 1st, 2016. Two (2) County Operations Plan and three (3) new COOP/COG COOP plans completed (Planning & Development and efforts. Human Resources). Conducted an EOP training class on November 2, 2016. Objective 2: Date: Hold (2) partner trainings. Onboard three (3) new January 1 — March 31 Emergency Operations Plan and three (3) new COOP/COG efforts. Objective 3: Date: Hold (3) partner trainings.
