License agreement Dear Virgini Per the License Agreement, page 6 of the original Contract, #24 Revocations the license shall be revoked upon written notice to the other party. Either party may terminate this license at any time for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. Therefore, please be advised, this letter is to serve as a 30 day notice of termination of our License Agreement between PREP, Inc. and Maricopa County (C-22-14-014-L-00) for co-location in the Maricopa Workforce Connections West Valley One-Stop Career Center located at 1840 N. 95th Ave, #160, Phx. AZ. 85037. This 30 day notice satisfies the legal constraints of the agreement and allows us to severe this contract without further need for legal action. Our last day at the center will be February 3, 2017. I want you to know that we greatly appreciate your dedicated partnership these past years and look forward to a continued partnership in serving the community with employment and training needs. Please note that the rent for February will be pro-rated for the 3 days of occupancy per the 30 day termination agreement. This will be paid at 9.84 per day based on the 28 days in February 2017 and the monthly amount of 275.50 per month rent.
