Under A.R.S. Section 28-6313, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is required to submit written recommendations concerning the audit to the MAG Transportation Policy Committee. The Board of Supervisors unanimously voted at their February 1, 2017 meeting to support the recommendations in the audit. Maricopa County looks forward to continuing our cooperation and consultation on issues affecting the MAG Regional Transportation Plan. We appreciate inclusion of the Board and MCDOT in processes outlined in State law and on committees hosted by our regional transportation partners.
