Jefferson Phoenix, AZ. 85003 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County convened in Formal Session at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona with the following members present: Clint Hickman, Chairman, District 4; Andrew Kunasek, Vice Chairman, District 3; Denny Barney, District 1; and Steve Chucri, District 2. Also present: Joy Rich, County Manager; Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel; and Irma Hollamby, HAMC Administrator. BOARD ACTION: H-1. RESOLUTION 16-019 PUBLIC HOUSING WRITE-OFF OF $16,933.68 IN UNCOLLECTIBLE TENANT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Adopt Resolution No. 16-019 and approve the write-off of $16,933.68 in uncollectible Tenant Accounts Receivable. This action is effective upon Board approval. (C-66-17-003-M-00) H-2. RESOLUTION 16-018 APPOINTMENT OF RACHEL MILNE TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY ADVISORY COMMITTEE Adopt Resolution No. 16-018 and appoint Rachel Milne to the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Advisory Committee for a term effective upon Board approval and expiring on June 30, 2018. (C-66-17-004-M-00) H-3. RESOLUTION 16-021 APPOINTMENT OF KURT R. SHEPPARD TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY ADVISORY COMMITTEE Adopt Resolution No. 16-021 and appoint Kurt R. Sheppard to the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Advisory Committee for a term effective upon Board approval and expiring on June 30, 2018.
