Jefferson Phoenix, AZ. 85003 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County convened in Formal Session at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona with the following members present: Clint Hickman, Chairman, District 4; Andrew Kunasek, Vice Chairman, District 3; Denny Barney, District 1; and Steve Chucri, District 2. Also present: Joy Rich, County Manager; Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel; and Irma Hollamby, HAMC Administrator. BOARD ACTION: H-1. RESOLUTION 16-024 AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY AND MARICOPA COUNTY ADMINISTERED BY ITS HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR THE ADMINSTRATION OF THE FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM Adopt Resolution 16-024 and approve Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement and associated Contract Budget between Housing Authority of Maricopa County and Maricopa County Human Services Department for the administration of the HAMC Family Self-Sufficiency Program. This Amendment extends the contract term from December 31, 2016 to December 31, 2017 and increases the contract amount from $103,212 to $172,212 effective January 1, 2017.
