This Amendment (this “Amendment”) is effective as of the date of full execution of this Amendment between
MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ (“Customer”) and IO CAPITAL PRINCESS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company (“Lessor”). Customer and Lessor entered into that certain Lease and Master Services Agreement dated
August 4, 2008, as amended hereby and by any prior amendments (collectively, the “Agreement”). In
consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, and for good and valid consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Attachment A of the Agreement is hereby amended
by adding the following:

Details
1. Availability date: The later of 07/15/2015 or thirty (30) day(s) following full execution of this Amendment.
2. Installation Fees due upon execution of this Amendment.
3. Customer acknowledges and agrees that any references to "System Diverse" or "A+B" Conditioned Power
in the Agreement will hereafter be referred to as "Active/Active" Conditioned Power.
4. Lessor shall use commercially reasonable efforts, as a courtesy to Customer, to separately list the total
additional Lease Fees set forth in chart above and identify such Lease Fees as being attributable to Maricopa
County Superior Court on any invoices.
5. Lessor shall use commercially reasonable efforts, as a courtesy to Customer, to maintain a separate
Maricopa County Superior Court access list for Customer Area 2.
6. Lessor to deliver the Conditioned Power (A/C – Active/Active) set forth in chart above to Customer Area
2.
All capitalized terms used in this Amendment and not otherwise expressly defined herein shall have the meanings
ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
Except as expressly modified above, all terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect
and are hereby ratified and affirmed.
