I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Increase Contract amount to an aggregate not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of
$1,241,545 (increased by $223,587 for budget term October 1, 2014 through
September 30, 2015.)
II. All other terms and conditions of the original Contract and its amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.
