ACTIVITY FUNDING AMOUNT: $292,471
THIS Amendment No. 1 is entered into by and between the Town of Wickenburg, hereinafter
referred to as "SUBRECIPIENT", and the COUNTY OF MARICOPA, hereinafter referred to as
"COUNTY" to be administered by the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County through its
contract administrator, the Human Services Department (MCHSD), on behalf of the COUNTY.
This AMENDMENT is to be fully incorporated and made a part of this Intergovernmental
Agreement.
Whereas, the SUBRECIPIENT and the COUNTY hereby agree to amend the Subrecipient
Agreement, effective July 1, 2013:
A. On page 37, Brief description: Add the following to the end of the first sentence, “, and
repaves streets”
B. On page 37, Detailed description: Add the following to the end of the description, “After
water lines are installed, repave streets to current MCDOT standards where waterlines
were replaced.”
This Amendment may be executed in three or more counterparts each of which shall be
deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instruments.
