AMENDMENT
To Veterans Court Program
FUNDING AGREEMENT
with Maricopa County Justice Court
This amends the above described FUNDING AGREEMENT dated 10-9-2025 by
and between the ARIZONA SUPREME COURT, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE
COURTS and Maricopa County Justice Court.
The parties agree the Funding Agreement is amended as follows:
1. Term is amended to extend the term of the Funding Agreement to June 30, 2027.
2. Except as provided in this Amendment, all other provisions of the Funding Agreement
remain unchanged and in effect.
